Hailing from the legendary Tahiti Felix’s Master Tattoo in San Diego California, Phil Hatchet-Yau has developed a unique take on tattoo art firmly rooted in bold American traditional.
Tattoodo met up with Hatchet-Yau at the Philadelphia Tattoo Arts Convention to hear a little about his style and influences, and to see him execute a little uchide no-kozuchi (lucky mallet) tattoo on a client.
