Carl Grace has been an artist his entire life. He started out drawing on napkins while seated at the counter of the 50’s diner where his mother worked. Carl’s artistic style was influenced early by a youth spent in placement homes, camps, jail, and prison. Originally from the greater Los Angeles area, Carl began his journey in 1998 with a tattoo apprenticeship under Boston John at Skin Grafix in Arcadia, California. In 2009, he immediately moved to Tucson, Arizona to begin working with fellow tattoo artist Joshua Hagen at Sacred Art Tattoo. It was working at Sacred Art Tattoo with Joshua where these two artists really began to come into their own as professionals. Carl’s tattoo work has also been published in tattoo magazines, including full spreads in Freshly Inked and Skin & Ink. In 2011, Carl moved to Las Vegas to join the team at Seven Tattoo Studio. Together, the five artists there work together to push each other artistically and continually strive to inspire though art. “Tattooing is only one of my mediums” says Carl. “I constantly find myself wanting to do more and more with art. Different projects turn up all the time and it is very rare to say no. Life is too short to pass up an opportunity to make a lasting impression.”

Teneile Napoli: Her respect for art has never wavered since her first drawing, always insisting on creating her art on paper. Her interests in tattoos peaked in 2005 when she apprenticed under Shane Little whose life like portraits and attention to detail encouraged her to push harder and bring her tattoos to life. Her first tattoo was on her then partner. It was a chest tattoo with the words Australian Made. Teneile is a very proud mother of two and dedicates all her free time to her children. The death of her father had a massive impact on this young artist. He had always been her motivator and at one time had pushed her to be a tri athletic. Her father was her biggest fan but was equally critical; giving her the much needed determination to push her skills as hard as she could, anything to please her hero. Teneile Napoli was fast becoming renowned in Australia as one of the best grey scale portrait artists in the country. As with most tattooists Teneile began experimenting with color and the macabre which she proved herself equally skilled. Teneile’s work goes from strength to strength and she is now associated with some of the world’s most famous Ink artists. On May 23rd 2010 Teneile opened her first shop alongside business partner Nicci Appleyard and the very unique’ Garage Ink — Tattoo Hair & Beauty was born. Teneile Napoli will no doubt climb very fast in this competitive world because not only does she have an extraordinary talent but she also has a drive, vision and motivation level found in few.

Freddy Negrete was incarcerated in the CA Correctional system for most of his teen years. While imprisoned, he began to apply considerable drawing skills to tattooing other inmates, using hand poke or home-made tattoo machines fashioned from cassette player motors, guitar strings and batteries. Upon release he became the first professional Chicano tattoo artist. Freddy also featured in the movie Tattoo Nation.

Daniel Rocha from Las Vegas, Nevada specializes in realism tattoo. He is known around the world for his portrait work. He enjoys anything that is true to the eye. Daniel has been tattooing for 5 years and has been awarded multiple awards cross the world. His tattoo work has been publish in national and international magazines. Daniel was recently featured in the Las Vegas channel 13 news for giving back to Make a wish foundation.
